1. Purchases from webshop
1.1 These sales and delivery conditions apply to all purchases on the webshop. When an order is placed on the webshop, the customer automatically agrees to the sales and delivery conditions.
1.2 www.louisefindliving.dk is normally open 24 hours, but can be closed due to maintenance or similar matters.
1.3 Purchasing on the webshop is only for private customers.
1.4 To make purchases from the webshop the customer must be of legal age and possess a payment method accepted in the webshop.
1.5 Via the webshop on the website, the wanted items are chosen. The items are placed in an electronic basket. The purchase is completed with payment.
1.6 The customer will receive a receipt for the purchase on email immediately after the purchase is completed.
1.7 Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal are accepted as method of payment.
1.8 The customers payment will be deducted from their account upon shipment. If the delivery is split in several deliveries, the payment will be deducted upon first shipment. However, payments made through Paypal are deducted upon ordering.
1.9 The purchase is not completed until the customer receives an order confirmation via e-mail. The order confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of completion of the purchase.
1.10 An order can be annulled by LF Retail ApS without reason. A notice concerning this will be sent to the customer within 24 hours of the order via e-mail.
1.11 All prices include Danish moms (VAT). On delivery to addresses outside the EU the Danish moms (VAT) will be deducted, if the required documentation for entitlement of VAT refund is supplied.
1.12 Payment can be made in all European currencies.
2.1 The goods will be shipped 3 business days after the order is completed, at the latest.
2.2 No deliveries can be made to P.O. Boxes.
2.3 The goods will be delivered to the customer by DHL, in agreement with the terms of delivery of DHL in the country of the recipient.
2.4 The customer takes over the risk of the goods upon delivery to the customer. The customer should immediately inspect the goods. If the parcel or the wrapping is harmed in a way that could lead to suspicion of damage to the goods, the customer should decline and refuse to sign for the delivery.
2.5 Delivery costs are included in the price of the goods.
3.1 LF Retail ApS sells different designer brands and can for that reason not be held responsible for the quality of the goods produced by other brands.
4. Conditions of return
4.1 The customer has the right to return any order, within 8 days from receiving the goods unless it is a special order which is normally not carried in stock by LF Retail ApS. All special orders are non-refundable.
4.2 If the customer wishes to cancel an order, the customer has to inform LF Retail ApS about the decision within 4 hours after purchase. The customer can inform about the return via email@example.com or in other way through a clear declaration.
4.3 The right to return can not be exercised just by declining to accept the shipment upon delivery.
4.4 To preserve the right to return, the customer has to give notice of the cancellation before the 8 days period defined in 4.1 expires.
4.5 By exercising the right to return, the customer has to return the goods immediately upon notifying of the cancellation, at the customer's own expense.
4.6 When the goods have been returned and received by LF Retail ApS, and it is found that the returned goods are intact and in the same condition as at the time of shipment, the customer has the right to purchase other product(s) or get a voucher for later use.
4.7 All goods can be exchanged to another item in the store at a corresponding price, against presentation of a valid receipt within 8 days of the purchase.
4.8 The store does not pay out the money in return, but the amount can be deposited on a voucher that can be used in the store or online if desired.
4.9 Conditions of return only applies to products that are in stock at the store and not to products that are ordered specifically for that individual customer. Products that are ordered specifically for an individual customer cannot be returned.
5. Conditions of exchange
5.1 The customer has the right to exchange the purchased product for another unless it is a special order - however when purchasing online, shipping cost is added which is the customer's own expense.
6. Trademarks and copyrights
6.1 All items available on the webshop, and displayed on the webpage is protected by copyright law and design protected. The designs and copyright belongs to LF Retail ApS or suppliers of LF Retail Aps.
6.2 The same rule applies to the webpage and the design hereof, as well as the pictures of the items offered.
7.1 The language of agreements are in English.
8. Force Majeure
In the event of strikes, labor conflicts, natural disasters, fire, war or warlike conditions, currency restrictions, terrorist attacks and other similar conditions that the parties do not control, the responsibility to meet the agreed requirements are discharged.
9.1 The conditions of sales and delivery can be changed. Before every purchase, the terms and conditions of purchase and delivery should be thoroughly reviewed.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
10.1 All purchases are subject to Danish law.
10.2 Danish customers with the need to complain are referred to "Center for Klageløsning" and hereafter "Forbrugerklagenævnet":

10.3 EU citizens can use the EU Commission's complaint portal. The complaint form is available at http://ec.europa.eu/od
10.4 Upon submission of complaint our e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org has to be disclosed.
10.5 Disputes will be finally settled by the Danish courts, with the Copenhagen court as jurisdiction.
